After we align on your proposal and contract, and your deposit is complete, your project is officially on the calendar — welcome! You’ll receive access to your private client portal, where you’ll find timelines, next steps, and everything you need to feel supported from day one.

Step Two // Strategy & Creative Direction
We start with an in-depth brand questionnaire to uncover your story, vision, and goals. From there, we dive into research — exploring your industry landscape, ideal audience, and unique positioning. We’ll then craft a strategic foundation and creative direction board to guide your new brand identity.

Step Three // Design & Refinement
With your approved direction, we move into design. This is where your story comes to life visually — from logo concepts to color palettes and typography. You’ll receive beautifully presented concepts and two rounds of thoughtful revisions to make sure every detail feels true to you.

We prioritize full brand identity projects, but we do offer smaller design support through add-ons and retainers for past clients or select cases. Reach out and tell us about your needs — if we’re a fit, we’ll create a custom proposal for you.

We will always provide you with the reasoning behind our design decisions. Our design reflects what we believe is the best direction for your brand based on your questionnaire, the brief, and the creative direction. If you still don’t feel like the design we provided is the right fit for you, we will go back and create a new direction for you. This process requires us to charge an additional fee.
