Wardrobed by Wellsley came to Mercy & Muse with a vision — to transform the way people see personal style. Wellsley had built her reputation on intuition, empathy, and an incredible eye for storytelling through fashion, but her visual identity didn’t reflect the sophistication of her process.

WbW needed a visual and verbal identity that communicated what words alone could not: that getting dressed isn’t just about clothes — it’s about coming home to yourself.

We developed a complete brand identity system, including tone of voice, color palette, typography, and digital touchpoints — all designed to reflect the emotional depth and intentionality behind Wellsley’s process of helping clients feel seen, celebrated, and fully themselves.

Visual Direction

The Wardrobed by Wellsley identity blends modern editorial design with intentional contrast, mirroring Wellsley’s ability to balance individuality with sophistication. The palette and typography work together to evoke confidence, warmth, and refined artistry — the feeling of walking into a perfectly tailored moment.

  • Baur Bodoni – a sculptural serif for headings, exuding confidence and timeless editorial style

  • Poppins – a modern sans-serif for body text, offering clarity, accessibility, and understated balance

Together, the typography and color system create a brand world that feels elevated yet personal — clean lines, soft contrast, and a quiet boldness that captures the essence of Wardrobed by Wellsley.
